  1. I’m opening a kayak store in downtown Portland. I need a desk, a bit longer than normal, closer to 6′, x24 deep x31high; don’t need drawers but want a rough look, not all highly polished etc. Do you make or might you know where I can get? Thanks.

    1. Hi Harley,
That’s exciting! Yes we can build a desk for you. Best is to call the studio and set up a consultation. Studio hours are Wed-Sat 11-5. Also if you have sketches or photos from Pinterest, Houzz, Twitter, etc. that’s also very helpful. When would you need this by? Thanks!

  2. Hi- we are building a cabin in Rockwood, on Brassua Lake, and have a coffee table that we found elsewhere but were hoping you could reproduce it (the company is in New York). Would you consider doing this? We would prefer a local…

    1. Hi Diane and Boyd,
That’s cool, we rent a place on Brassua! It’s a year-round lease. We are up in the northeast corner a place formerly known as “Kenny’s Camp”. Where is the lot you are building on?
We’d love to do a coffee table for you. Can you send some pictures to info@barnboardsandmore.com? Also, do you want to try to schedule a consult? If so, you can call our studio at 213-6777. Open Wed-Sat 10-5. Studio is in Gardiner but we wouldn’t need to do the consult there necessarily.
